Seascape Character Assessment (SCA)

Applies to coastal and marine areas seaward of the low water mark.

A method for assessing, characterising, mapping and describing seascape character. The process of SCA follows the well-established, and widely used, process of Landscape Character Assessment. SCA gives a description of what a coastal and marine environment is like.
